Fading Colors of Autumn

This series looks closely at fallen autumn leaves in the forests around Hamburg, where muted tones and soft decay shape a quiet, intimate palette. Moisture, texture, and fading color reveal the slow transformation taking place on the forest floor—an understated record of change. Each composition isolates the delicate interplay of shape and surface, where greens shift to browns and yellows dissolve into shadow.
